Encounter project with the Academy for Hotel and Tourism Management in Pilsen

The district of Bayreuth, as material cost manager of the College of Hotel Management Pegnitz, supports an encounter project with the Academy for Hotel and Tourism Management Pilsen. Two three-day encounters between the 24 German and Czech students in Pegnitz and Pilsen as well as a joint visit by the student group to a trade fair in Nuremberg are planned.

The students work on the subject areas Table culture and Ecology / sustainability in the hotel industry. In a brochure, the students summarize German-Czech best practice examples of sustainability in the hotel industry. In addition, a bilingual flyer is being produced as part of the project, presenting both schools.
