Terms of admission

• Abitur (A-levels) or Fachhochschule Entrance Certificate
• References of at least one month practical work in hotels, restaurants or the tourism sector
• health certificate § 43 Abs. 1 Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG).

The terms of admission must be fulfilled when starting the education at the latest. A good knowledge of English is required. For the other foreign languages no basic knowledge is required. In French the teaching in differentiated group levels according to know how is possible. 

Required documents

• short covering letter, CV, photo
• registration form (download)
• copy of your half yearly report in your final year at grammar school, FOS, BOS or final exam

Criteria of admission

• the avarage mark of the half year school report or of the A-levels 
• practical work in hotels and restaurants, stay abroad, one year times at university, military or social services or comparable activities have positive effects for the admission
