The College of Hotel Management Pegnitz gives you an advanced vocational training according to your individual interests and demands. Your allocation of subjects and lessons enables a targeted branchlike specialization, a scheduled preparation for your successful self-employment as an Entrepreneur and the basics for a university career. After the successful final examination you are entitled to State-certified hotel business manager.

Through a combination of compulsory and compulsory elective subjects you choose the priorities of your advanced vocational training.

In an additional exam in the subject English you can acquire the Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical certificate) or fachgebundene Fachhochschulreife (subject-linked advanced technical college). This additional exam means you have to do the successful attendance in the additional lessons of scientific basics and maths.
All graduates get the general access to higher education when they have done a counseling interview at a university.

Top-up study Hotel Management
We have arranged a shortened top-up study Hotel Management within 2 or 3 terms (semesters) at the following universities for our successful graduates of the College of Hotel Management Pegnitz.

· Johnson & Wales University (Rhode Island).

Berufsbegleitender Bachelor Handels- und Dienstleistungsmanagement B.A.
College of Hotel Management students who are entitled to study may start this university course simultaneously to their further education in a cooperation with Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden.
